NASPO ValuePoint is a cooperative purchasing program that provides state and local government entities, as well as other eligible organizations, with access to a wide range of competitively solicited contracts. NASPO ValuePoint Master agreements are competitively solicited using NASPO ValuePoint’s Lead State Model brand services, leveraging the expertise and buying power of the many states and other participating entities.
NASPO ValuePoint facilitates administration of the NASPO cooperative group contracting consortium of state Chief Procurement Officials for the benefit of state departments, local governments, institutions, agencies, and political subdivisions; as well as other eligible entities including cities, counties, special districts, community colleges, universities, and some quasi-governmental and nonprofit organizations.

A Purchasing Entity may selectively purchase any combination of hardware, software, and support services made available through a resulting Master Agreement based on the category awarded. Additionally, per each State’s individual jurisdiction, it may elect to select the additional installation, project development, and consulting services through their own state procurement methods and/or contracts.
